AWPIPL Image Processing Library
AWPIPL (AutoWaveProcesses Image Processing Library) is a cross-platform, open and free library for processing and analysis of multi-channel images.
AWPIPL is designed to solve common problems of analysis, filtering, geometric transformations and extracting vector information from raster data.
AWPIPL can be used as a research tool for processing large arrays of raster information, and for building various computer vision systems based on machine learning.
The LGPL 3.0 license makes it easy to use and modify the library code, tailoring it to the needs of consumers.
AWPIPL offers over 150 features that include both classic and modern versions of image processing and analysis algorithms.
Small in size, with a minimum number of dependencies and the simple C-interface, it is ideally suited for working in various embedded devices, providing their “intelligent” operation.
AWPIPL is available for download, has documentation and a wiki.
The library can be easily compiled for ARM, x86, and x64 architectures and can run on Linux and Windows operating systems.
